Howard Custom Homes evolved from generations of quality homebuilders. Eddie's father and grandfather built homes all around the upstate South Carolina area, homes still being enjoyed by families from all walks of life.

Eddie spent a number of years working with Richard Merritt, Keith Walters and the late Jerry N. Marsh as a project manager gathering a wealth of knowledge from these most respected men in the local building business as well as their national recognition.

We strive to build as perfect a home as possible while maintaining a disciplined job schedule and very personal relationships with our homeowners during and after the project is completed. We are proud that most every contract home is spawned from clients enjoying our homes that we built for them, even cases where clients came back to have us build another home for their growing families.

We work hard to set the standards for other
builders to match in every community that we build.
